HDI缩二脲聚氨酯固化剂合成与残余 HDI的分离

Abstract: HDI biuret was synthesized by means of water spaying proces.Short-range distilation equip- ment was used to separate residual HDI.A low viscosity HDI biuret was obtained with viscosity 56s,—NCO content 21.4% and residual HDI0.4%.The reaction mechanism of the system was discused,which indcated that reaction temperature betwen 90°C and 140°C and higher HDI/H2O ratio could give a satisfied product.

摘要: 采用喷雾法合成了 HDI缩二脲,采用短程蒸馏脱除残留在 HDI缩二脲中的游离 HDI单体,成功地制得了 颜色浅、黏度低的 HDI缩二脲多异氰酸酯样品,测试样品的黏度 56s、—NCO含量 21.4%、HDI残留量 0.4%。探讨了 反应合成机理,反应温度最好不低于 90°C、不高于 140°C;n(HDI)∶n(H2O)的值越大,合成的产物越趋于理想产物。
