松香改性自凝性酚醛树脂的合成研究

Abstract: :A series of self-made phenolic aldehyde were modified in this paper.Through studying the efects of catalyst,pentaerythritol,maleic anhydride and resol,in terms of the type and dosage on the self-geling properties of phenolic resin respectively,the moderate reaction condition was obtained as folows:the amount of resol was 40%,catalyst 1%,maleic anhydride 5%,pentaerythritol 11%,based on weight of rosin.The synthesized rosin modified phenolic resin had good performance of self-geling.

摘要: 对自制的酚醛浆进行改性,通过考察催化剂的选择及用量、季戊四醇的用量、马来酸酐用量和酚醛浆用量 对树脂自凝性的影响,得到适宜的反应条件:酚醛缩合物的添加量为松香的 40%,催化剂用量为松香的 1%,马来酸酐 的添加量为松香的 5%,季戊四醇的添加量为松香的 1%。合成的改性松香酚醛树脂具有良好的自凝性。
