新型聚氨酯固化剂的研究

Abstract: The production technology of a super-new polyurethane curing agent has been developed,in which the colour isl owe rthan No.1Fe/Co colourimenter,the masfraction of freeTDI is smaler than 0.5%,and the storage stability can last for more than two years.It was found that the masratio of OH-ter-minated acrylic resin and super-new polyurethane croslinker is 10∶4~6.Alkali material was found the main reason causing geling.New countermeasures were proposed to keep low color value,low free TDI and high storage stability.

摘要: 阐述了颜色低于铁钴比色计 1号,游离 TDI含量小于 0.5%,贮存稳定性达 2年以上的新型聚氨酯固化剂 的生产工艺;确定了含羟基丙烯酸树脂与该固化剂的质量比为:m(含羟基丙烯酸树脂)∶m(新型聚氨酯固化剂)=10∶4 ~6;分析了碱性物质是导致聚氨酯固化剂成胶的原因;提出了保证聚氨酯固化剂低色值、低游离 TDI含量和高贮存稳 定性的方法。
