Abstract:
This paper has discused the application of various coalescents in high quality acrylate emul-sion wood coating,which was prepared in a designed special structure like multi-core-shel.The efects of diferent coalescents on the performance of the coatings were tested and compared,such as the minimum film forming temperature,the viscosity and water resistance of the film,etc.Some high performance water-borne wood coatings were formulated,which could be used in diferent environment.

摘要: 选用一种具有三层核 /壳结构的聚丙烯酸酯系水性木器涂料专用乳液为成膜物质,在制漆过程中应用不 同种类的成膜助剂,研究了成膜助剂对乳液的最低成膜温度(MFT)、体系黏度,以及漆膜耐水性等的作用规律,得到了 适用于不同环境条件下的高性能水性木器涂料。
