聚苯并咪唑特种涂料研究进展

Abstract: [Objective/Significance]Research on the application of polybenzimidazole(PBI)in coatings remains relatively scarce in China,with a notable gap compared to international advancedlevels. Through systematic collation of the current development status and application prospects of PBIin the coatings,this review provides insights and references for relevant technical research andindustrial development.[Analysis/Discussion/Progress]The technical characteristics of PBI in terms of synthesis methods,structural design,performance mechanisms,and functional modification strategies are analyzed. Through comparison with other specialty resins,the performance advantages of PBI in thermal stability,scratch resistance,mechanical strength and chemical stability are comprehensively illustrated.[Conclusion/Prospect] It is demonstrated that PBI,as a high-performance aromatic heterocyclic polymer,exhibits significant application potential in specialty coatings,particularlydemonstrating irreplaceable value in extreme environment applications such as high-temperature, thermal protection and high-friction scenarios.

摘要: 【目的 /意义】国内对聚苯并咪唑在涂料领域的应用研究甚少,与国际先进水平差距明显。通过系统梳理聚苯并咪唑在涂料领域的开发现状和应用前景,为相关技术研究和产业发展提供启示与参考。【分析 /评论/进展】重点分析了聚苯并咪唑在合成方法、结构设计、性能机理、功能化改性策略等方面的技术特点。通过与其他特种树脂对比,全面展现了聚苯并咪唑在热稳定性、耐刮擦性、机械强度及化学稳定性方面的性能优势。【结论 /展望】聚苯并咪唑作为一种高性能芳香族杂环聚合物,在特种涂料领域展现出巨大的应用潜力,尤其在高温、热防护、高摩擦等极端环境应用中展现出不可替代的价值。
