Abstract:

A waterborne wood sealing coatings for retail market had been prepared. The influence of the acrylic emulsion, film-forming agent, wetting agent and antifoaming agent on the sealing performance of waterborne wood coatings had been investigated. The results showed that the acrylic emulsion and film-forming agent had great impact on the anti-permeability of sealing coatings. The prepared waterborne wood sealing coatings had good sealing, easy-to-use, good touch feeling and wetting property as well as good balance of various properties. In addition, the coatings had been used in the actual applications.

摘要：

研制了一种零售市场木器用水性封闭剂,重点讨论了丙烯酸乳液、成膜助剂、润湿剂和消泡剂等对水性封闭剂性能的影响。结果表明:丙烯酸乳液及成膜助剂对封闭剂的抗渗透性影响最大。开发的水性封闭剂具有密封性好、易施工、手感好、润湿性强、综合性能平衡等优点,已经实现工业化生产,并得到实际涂装应用。
