醇酸树脂改性聚丙烯酸酯耐磨涂层的研究

摘要: 针对聚丙烯酸酯皮革涂层耐磨性能不佳的问题,以醇酸树脂预聚物为功能单体,利用醇酸树脂的刚性和多结合位点优势,对聚丙烯酸酯进行改性。采用纳米粒度及电位分析仪( DLS)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪( FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪( DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱仪( GPC)对醇酸树脂改性聚丙烯酸酯的乳液粒径、结构、玻璃化转变温度及相对分子质量进行表征;同时,对不同醇酸树脂用量下涂层的附着力、铅笔硬度、溶胀率、力学性能及耐磨性进行测试;此外,通过扫描电子显微镜( SEM)和超景深显微镜对其磨损形态进行了观察。结果表明:制备的醇酸树脂改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液的粒径约为 106 nm,Mw为 60 994,Mn为 12 703。当醇酸树脂用量为 15%时,涂层附着力为 0级,铅笔硬度为 4H,拉伸强度为 5. 58 MPa,断裂伸长率为 411. 09%,涂层耐磨性最佳,且明显优于纯聚丙烯酸酯涂层。醇酸树脂改性后,使其从线型结构转变成为网状结构,从而提升了聚丙烯酸酯皮革涂层的耐磨性能。

Abstract: Focused on the problem of poor abrasion resistant of polyacrylate leather coating,alkyd resin prepolymer was used as a functional monomer to modify polyacrylate,leveraging the rigidity and multiple binding sites of alkyd resin. The particle size,structure,Tg,and molecular weight of alkyd resin modified polyacrylate were characterized using DLS,FT-IR,DSC,and GPC,respectively. The performance of coatings with different alkyd resin dosage was tested,such as adhesion,pencil hardness,swelling rate,mechanical properties,and abrasion resistance. In addition,the wear patterns were observed by SEM and ultra depth of field microscopy. The results demonstrated successful preparation of alkyd resin modified polyacrylate latex with a particle size of approximately 106 nm,weight average molecular weight of 60 994 and numerical mean molecular weight of 12 703. Notably,when the dosage of alkyd resin was at 15%,the adhesion,pencil hardness,tensile strength,and elongation at break of alkyd resin modified polyacrylate coating was zero grade,4H,5. 58 MPa and 411. 09%,respectively, demonstrating optimal abrasion resistance,significantly superior to pure polyacrylate coatings. Overall,the alkyd resin modification transformed the linear structure into a mesh structure, thereby enhancing the abrasion resistance of the polyacrylate leather coating.
