摘要: 利用新工艺制得羟基化氮化硼( OH-BN):通过 NaOH辅助物理球磨,将六方氮化硼(h-BN)剥离成纳米片的同时初步进行羟基化改性,利用水热法在 NaOH溶液中进一步羟基化改性,酸洗干燥后得到 OH-BN。使用不同二异氰酸酯和亲水扩链剂合成了多种水性聚氨酯( H-WPU),利用 OH-BN和 H-WPU制备 OH-BN/H-WPU涂料,通过丝网印花法制得羟基化六方氮化硼导热聚氨酯涂层( OH-BN/H-WPU涂层)。通过红外光谱仪( FT-IR)、透射电镜( TEM)和热重分析仪( TGA)等对 OH-BN进行了测试表征,并研究了 OH-BN/H-WPU涂层导热系数的影响因素。结果表明: OH-BN成功被羟基化且保留了 h-BN的典型六边形结构,在水及 H-WPU中的分散性提升。当使用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和 2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸合成的 H-WPU、OH-BN用量为 H-WPU质量的 20%时,所制得的 OH-BN/H-WPU涂层导热性能最好,导热系数为 0. 278 3 W/(m·K),相较纯 H-WPU涂层的导热系数提升了 0. 077 3 W/(m·K)。

Abstract: The novel method to produce hydroxylated boron nitride(OH-BN)∶ the hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)was exfoliated into nanosheets by NaOH-assisted physical ball milling with preliminary hydroxylation modification, and further hydroxylation modification was carried out in NaOH solution by hydrothermal method followed by acid washing and drying to obtain OH-BN. Using different diisocyanate and hydrophilic chain extenders,a variety of waterborne polyurethane(H-WPU)were synthesized,which,combined with OH-BN,was used to prepare hydroxylated hexagonal boron nitride(OH-BN/H-WPU)coatings. And hydroxylated hexagonal boron nitride thermal conductive polyurethane coating was prepared by screen printing method. The OH-BN was characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TEM,TGA,and the factors affecting the thermal conductivity OH-BN/H-WPU coating were investigated. The results showed that OH-BN was successfully hydroxylated and the typical hexagonal structure of h-BN was retained,and the dispersing performance in water and waterborne polyurethanes(H-WPU) was improved. When H-WPU synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid was used,and the mass of OH-BN was 20% of H-WPU,the prepared OH-BN/H-WPU coating showed the best thermal conductivity of 0. 278 3 W/(m·K),which was 0. 077 3 W/(m·K)higher than that of the pure H-WPU coating.
