POSS 改性卫星用白漆热控涂层的研究

Research on POSS-Modified Thermal Control White Coating for Satellite

摘要: 用笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS)改性剂制备了新型硅树脂粘结剂,并用该粘结剂与 ZnO 配制了热控白漆。 测试表明,该树脂能够在 50 ℃ 固化,固化物光学透过率达到 89%,耐热稳定性优异。 配制成的白漆热控涂层性能满足卫星用热控涂层使用标准,经真空紫外辐照试验21 600等效紫外太阳小时(EUVSH)后,太阳吸收比变化为 0.05,半球发射率基本不变,表现出良好的耐辐照稳定性,可作为长寿命卫星的热控材料使用。

Abstract: A novel organic silicon resin is prepared by using POSS as modifier, and is fur- ther used to prepare a thermal control paint containing ZnO. The testing result shows that the resin can be cured at 50℃ and its cured coating exhibits good thermal stability and high opti-cal transmittance 89%. The thermal control coating can meet the requirements of the standard for thermal control coating on the surface of satellite. Specifically, it's Aa, is 0. 05 and AEu is almost unchanged after vacuum Uv radiation of 21 600 EUVSH, indicating that the white coating can be used as long-lasting thermal control material for satellite.
