摘要:
涂装制造能耗占整车制造能耗的70%以上,降低涂装车间的能耗是降低整车制造能耗的关键。通过对东风乘用车公司武汉工厂涂装车间现生产主要能耗设备进行分析,制定了适用于该车间的余热回收利用方案,包含喷漆室排风循环利用。RTO(回转蓄热式脱臭装置)排风余热回收利用2个方面。设备自2015年9月改造完成以来,运行稳定,实现单台降低能耗成本12.81元,全年降低能耗成本192万元。

Abstract: The energy consumption of painting process accounts for more than 70% of the total energy consumption of vehicle manufacturing. Through the analysis of the main energy-consuming equipment of painting shop in DFPV(DongFeng Passenger Vehicle) Wuhan Factory, two projects for the waste energy recycling of the painting shop have been designed: booth exhaust recycling and reusing the waste heat of RTO exhaust. Since the modification projects operated in September 2015, the modified equipment run stably and reduced the energy consumption costs RMB1.92 million per year.
