摘要: 着重分析了北京三环四通桥的内部腐蚀原因;从混凝土破坏机理入手,采用环保型的水性氟碳涂层保护体系对其进行防腐维修。详细阐述了施工工艺要求和涂装质量控制流程,以保证大桥的设计使用年限。

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the reason of corrosion occurred at the inside structure of the Beijing Sitong Bridge. The environmental friendly waterborne fluorocarbon protective coatings have been used for maintenance based on the failure mechanism of concrete. In particular, this paper describes the coating process and the quality control thereof so as to ensure the required design life of the bridge.
