原位改性石墨烯在防腐涂料中的应用

摘要: 对比了自制原位改性石墨烯与普通石墨烯的分散稳定性,采用自制原位改性石墨烯研制了一种防腐蚀涂料,并对涂层综合性能进行了测试。 通过原位改性石墨烯掺量对涂层力学性能、耐盐雾性能、导电性能的分析,确定了最佳用量。研究结果表明:当原位改性石墨烯含量为 0.3%时,制备的原位改性石墨烯防腐涂料具有优异的综合性能和较高的性价比;当原位改性石墨烯含量为 0.4% 时,制备的原位改性石墨烯防腐涂料可用于静电防腐领域。

Abstract: The dispersing stability of the self-made in-situ modified graphene and conventional graphene has been compared. Meanwhile, the modified graphene is used to prepare a kind of anticorrosive coating. The comprehensive performance of the coating is tested. The optimal amount of self-made in-situ modified graphene is determined by analyzing the mechanical properties, salt spray resistance and conductivity of coating. The research result shows that the anticorrosive coating comprising the in-situ modified graphene exhibits excellent comprehensive performance and high cost-effective result when the content of in-situ modified graphene is 0.3% and can be used in electrostatic anticorrosion field when the content of the modified graphene is 0. 4%.
