摘要: 在纯丙乳液中加入质量分数为0 1%~2 0%的磺化石墨烯(S-GNS),制备了磺化石墨烯 / 丙烯酸酯涂料,并对 S-GNS 的结构进行了分析,测定了漆膜的基本性能、力学性能、耐水性、导电性、导热性、气体阻隔性。 结果表明:S-GNS 用量为 0 1%时,漆膜的力学性能、耐水性与导电性得到明 显改善,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率较空白样分别提高了38 8%和 42 8%,水接触角从 69.5°提高到 90.5°,漆膜达到了导电渗流临界值,表面电阻率下降了93.8%。 用量为 1.0%时,S-GNS 对涂料导热 性能提升较为明显,漆膜的导热率提升了 58.9%。 漆膜的透气系数随着 S-GNS 用量的增加逐渐减小,用量为2.0%时,漆膜的透气系数降低了97.1%。

Abstract: Sulfonated graphene/acrylate coatings were prepared by adding 0. 1wt% ~2.0wt% sulfonated graphene into acrylic emulsion. The structure of S-GNS and the performance including mechanical, electrical, thermal conductivity and gas barrier of the film were tested and analyzed. It was found that there were many active functional groups on the surface of S-GNS which could improve the performance of coatings. The results indicated that mechanical properties and of electrical conductivity of coating film were notably improved. When the amount of sulfonated graphene was loaded 0.1wt%, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the film were improved by 38.8% and 42. 8% respectively as compared with the control samples. The electrical conductivity reached percolation threshold and the surface resistivity was decreased by 93. 8%. The thermal conductivity of the film comprising 1. 0wt% sulfonated graphene was increased by 58.9%. Coefficient of permeability of the film gradually decreased with the increase of sulfonated graphene loading, and was decreased by 97.1% when the addition of sulfonated graphene was 2. 0wt%.
