摘要: 在膨胀型钢结构防火涂料配方中其他各组分质量不变的情况下,利用防火涂料小样试验炉和数显附着力测试仪,研究了氢氧化铝添加量对膨胀型钢结构防火涂料附着力和耐火性的影响。结果表明:当配方中氢氧化铝用量少于2%时,涂层受火时易发生熔融脱落;当配方中氢氧化铝用量为6%左右时,涂膜附着力较好;氢氧化铝用量对涂膜的耐火性也有较大影响,当氢氧化铝的用量为6%~10%时,炭化层强度高,且与基材表面附着良好,耐火时间达120 min以上。

Abstract: Based on the same proportion of other components in the intumescent fire-retardant coating formulation, the amount of aluminum hydroxide is varied only in the formulation so as to study the effect of aluminum hydroxide content on the adhesion and fire resistance of the coating. The results show that when the aluminum hydroxide is not added or its amount is less than 2%, the coating layer is easy to fall off when the coating was exposed to fire. When the aluminum hydroxide content is about 6%, the coating adhesion is better. The content of aluminum hydroxide also has great influence on the performance of fire resistance when the addition amount of aluminum hydroxide is 6%-10%, the carbonized layer has high strength and well attached on the surface of the substrate, and the fire resistance time up to 120 min.
