摘要: 对华东、华南地区地下车库墙面漆膜上霉菌污染情况进行取样分析,并用DNA测序方法进行霉菌鉴定。根据分析所得漆膜霉菌污染状况,在现行国标GB/T 1741—2007《漆膜耐霉菌性测定法》的基础上,对测试霉菌菌种选择及其他测试条件进行改良。通过改良的防霉测试方法,筛选到更广谱高效的防霉涂料。

Abstract: The status of mold contamination on underground garage wall coating in Eastern China and Southern China was investigated. The mold isolation is identified by DNA sequence analysis. According to the investigation results, a modified anti-mold evaluation method was developed on the basis of the current standard GB/T 1741-2007 Test method for determining the resistance of paints film to mold, and of the modification on mold identification and other test conditions. The modified method is useful for selection of the more effective anti-mold coatings having broader applicability.
