摘要: 介绍了水性聚偏二氟乙烯( PVDF) 树脂类型、水性 PVDF 涂料的基础配方及成膜温度。对制备的涂料进行性能检测,并与溶剂型 PVDF 涂料的加速老化性能进行对比。 结果表明:水性 PVDF 涂料可以达到溶剂型 PVDF 相同的超耐候性能,满足 AAMA 2605—2013 要求,且具有低温固化的特点。 分析了施工过程中温度、湿度对水性 PVDF 外观性能的影响,得出施工范围以确保施工顺利。

Abstract: This paper describes the type of waterborne PVDF resin, the basic formulation of waterborne PVDF coatings and the film-formin temperature. The properties of the prepared coatings are investigated. Meanwhile, a comparison of accelerated weathering resistance performance between waterborne PVDF coatings and solvent-based ones has been carried out.The results show that the waterbome and solvent-based PVDF coatings exhibit the similar weatherability which meets the AAMA 2605-2013 Specification. Besides, the waterborne PVDF coatings can be cured at low temperature. The effects of coating temperature and humidity on the appearance of the PVDF coatings are also examined so as to obtain the suitable parameters for good coating process.
