摘要: 针对商用空调涂装特点,制备了一种涂层防锈性好、干燥速度快、初期耐水性优良、可厚 不流挂的水性双组分环氧防腐底漆。 阐述了其制备工艺与漆膜性能,并探讨了主要成膜树脂、环氧固化剂、触变剂、防闪蚀助剂和颜料体积浓度(PVC)对涂膜性能的影响及作用机理。 结果表明:选用水性环氧乳液树脂 PZ 3961 制备防腐底漆 A 组分,采用自制的 2 种非离子胺类固化剂进行复配作为 B 组分,A、B 组分质量比为 8 ∶1时,水性防腐底漆的综合性能最佳;添加配方体系总质量的 0.5% ~ 1 0%的防闪蚀剂,FA-579 与 10%亚硝酸钠溶液质量比为 2 ∶1的混合液,能够有效防止焊缝区和死角部位锈蚀的出现;添加底漆体系配方总质量的 0.6%的有机膨润土,可协助提升底漆体系的防沉淀效果,并实现厚涂不流挂。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the coating for commercial air conditioner, a kind of waterborne two-component epoxy anticorrosive primer with good anticorrosion, fast drying behavior, good initial water resistance, high build and no sagging performance was prepared. The preparation technology and the film properties of the primer paint were described.The effects of the main film-forming resin epoxy hardener, thixotropic agent, flash rust prevention agent and the pigment volume concentration on the film properties were investigated.The results show that the comprehensive performance of waterborne epoxy anticorrosive primer was the best when the waterborne epoxy emulsion resin PZ 3961 was used as part A of the anticorrosive primer and two kinds of self-prepared non-ionic amine curing agent were used as part B, the mass ratio of part A and part B was 8: 1. In addition, a mixture of the flash corrosion prevention agent FA-579 and 10% solution of sodium nitrite at the ratio of 2: 1 which was 0.5%~1% of the total weight of primer could effectively prevent the rust from occurring at the weld zone and blind corners. The organic bentonite with 0. 6% of the total weight of primer could improve the anti-sedimentation effect of primer and showed no sagging during high build coating applications.
