含氟有机硅和环氧复合改性水性光固化聚氨酯乳液的研究

摘要: 以三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷(D3F)、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为原料,1,3-二(3-羟丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷(BHTS)为封端基,硅烷醇锂为引发剂,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)为促进剂,采用阴离子开环聚合的方法制备双羟基含氟聚硅氧烷(PDMFS),采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)的分析方法对产物结构进行了表征和确认,并将其和环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)复合改性水性聚氨酯,对改性后的聚氨酯乳液进行一系列的结构表征分析,并测定了改性后水性聚氨酯乳液、胶膜的性能。研究发现:PDMFS和EA复合改性的聚氨酯乳液各方面性能良好,涂膜具有较高的机械强度、较好的乳液稳定性、较低的吸水率、较好的热稳定性。

Abstract: A hydroxypropyl terminated fluorinated polysiloxane(PDMFS )was synthesized via anionic ring-opening polymerization, with 1.3, 5-trifluoropmopyl-trimethyl cyclotrisiloxane ( D3F)and Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane(D3)as raw materials, the 1, 3-bi(3-hydroxypropyl) 1, 1, 3, 3-tetramethyl disiloxane(BHTS) as a termination agent, the lithium silanolate as the initiator and the dimethyl phthalate(DMP) as the promoter. The structure of the PDMFS was characterized by FT-IR and H NMR. In addition, The epoxy acrylate( EA)and PDMFS were used to modify waterborne polyurethane (WPU). The modified WPU emulsion was characterized and its properties were measured. The result showed that fluorinated silicone and epoxy acrylate-modified polyurethane coatings exhibited high mechanical strength good emulsion stability, low water absorption and good thermal stability.
