氧化石墨烯对磷酸盐无机涂料防腐性能的影响

Effects of Graphene Oxide on Corrosion Resistance of Phosphate Inorganic Coatings

摘要: 在磷酸盐无机涂料中添加不同量的氧化石墨烯(GO),通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构和微观形貌进行表征,并对涂层的电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明:磷酸盐无机涂层是由粒径大小不一的铝粉颗粒相互重叠而成,添加0.09%GO的涂层表现出更好的防腐性能。相比空白涂层,腐蚀后涂层表面形貌更为致密;同时腐蚀电位(Ecorr)从-0.611 V增加至-0.559 V,腐蚀电流(Jcorr)从5.131μA·cm-2降低至0.583μA·cm-2,涂层的初期(10 d以内)电化学阻抗提高了2~3倍,涂层显示出优异的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract: Phosphate inorganic coatings with different addition of graphene oxide (Co) were prepared, the structure and morphology of the cured coating were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the electrochemical properties of the coating films were also tested The results indicated that the surface of phosphate inorganic coatings were comprised of overlapping aluminum powder with different size, and the coating with the addition of 0. 09% GO had excellent corrosion resistance: the corrosion potential(E. )increased from -0 611 v to-0.559 V, the corrosion current(or) decreased from 5.131 uA. cm-2 to 0.583 uA. cm-2 , the initial electrochemical impedance was improved by 2-3 times as compared with the control coating.
