高效液相色谱法测定甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯中吩噻嗪含量

Determination of Phenothiazine Content in Isobornyl Methacrylate by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 建立了测定甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯中痕量吩噻嗪的高效液相色谱分析方法。 采用 Hedera-ODS-2 C18  色谱柱,以甲醇为流动相,流速 0.2 mL / min,紫外检测波长 254 nm,吩噻嗪实现基线分离。结果表明:在吩噻嗪浓度 1.0~ 1000 mg / L 范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数达0.999 5,检测限为 0.05 mg / L,相对标准偏差小于 2.05%,相对误差±1.18%,平均回收率在 9.58% ~ 10.35%范围内。该方法简便、快速、准确度高、重复性好,可作为甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯质量控制方法。

Abstract: A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for determi- nation of phenothiazine content in isobornyl methacrylate. The separation was performed via Hedera-ODS-2 C18  column by using methanol as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The result indicated that the calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 1. 0~100. 0 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.999 5. The limit of detection is 0. 05 mg/L with RSD of below 2. 05%, meanwhile the rela-tive error and average recoveries varied from+ 1. 18% and 95. 8%~103.5%. The established method is simple, rapid and accurate with a good reproducibility, and can be used for quality control of isobornyl methacrylate.
