摘要: 利用丙烯酸酯优良的成膜性能,对石蜡乳液进行改性,通过物理方法获得石蜡丙烯酸酯复合乳液,探索了乳化剂的 HLB 值、复配乳化剂比例、搅拌速度、稳定剂无水硫酸镁和可溶性淀粉等条件对丙烯酸酯/ 石蜡复合乳液稳定性的影响。 结果表明:当 HLB 值为 10.2,复配乳化剂用量占石蜡的 30%,m(水) ∶m(石蜡)= 35 ∶1,搅拌速度为1 000 r/ min,乳化速度为1000 r/ min的条件下制备的石蜡乳液性能较好;适量稳定剂无水硫酸镁和可溶性淀粉均可提高石蜡乳液的稳定性,其中无水硫酸镁对石蜡乳液的稳定效果要比可溶性淀粉好;丙烯酸酯乳液与石蜡乳液复配后能够促进石蜡乳液的高温稳定性,促进丙烯酸酯乳液的钙离子稳定性、pH 稳定性和电解质稳定性。

Abstract: In this paper, an acrylate with excellent film-forming properties was used to prepare an acrylate/paraflin composite emulsion. The effects of HLB value of emulsifier, the ratio of emulsifier, stirring speed and stabilizer on the stability of acrylate/paraffin composite emulsion were studied. The experimental results showed that the paraffin emulsion had good properties when the HLB value was 10.2, the mixed emulsifier dosage accounted for 30% of paraffin, the mass ratio of water to paraffin was 3.5, the stirring speed was 1 000 r/min, and the emulsifying speed was I 000 r/min A moderate amount of stabilizer such as anhydrous magnesium sulfate and soluble starch could improve the stability of the paraffin emulsion, in particular, the anhydrous magnesium sulfate had better effect than the soluble starch on the stability of the paraffin emulsion. The combination of acrylate emulsion and paraffin emulsion could improve the high temperature stability of paraffin emulsion, and improve the stability of acrylate emulsion in temms of calcium ion, pH value and electrolyte.
