摘要: 溶剂型涂料的生产过程会排放大量 VOC,本研究对上海某现有溶剂型涂料企业进行 VOC排放整改设计,从厂区现状出发,分析了主要污染源和 VOC 排气点,通过对溶剂罐区、溶剂型车间及研发楼进行适当改造,并增加废气处理装置,使其 VOC 排放达到现有行业排放标准。

Abstract: A large amount of volatile organic compound (vOC)might be emitted during solvent-based coatings production. This paper discusses the VOC rectification design of an ex-isting company of solvent-based coatings in Shanghai as viewed from its production status. Specifically, this paper analyzes the main sources of voc emission, wherein the solvent tanks, workshops and r& d buildings have been rectified accordingly, and waste gas treat- ment has been provided so that the VOC emission can meet the requirements of the active in-dustrial standards.
