真空镀膜 UV 固化涂料的研究进展

摘要: 综述了真空镀膜用 UV 固化涂料的主要应用问题及解决改进方案,对提升 UV 固化涂料与基材及镀层之间的附着力、耐磨性、耐黄变性等基础应用的解决方案做了系统梳理,指出有机-无机杂化改性、双重固化技术具有独特的体系优势,这些技术将成为提升真空镀膜涂料综合性能的重要发展方向。

Abstract: Major problems of Uv-curable coatings for vacuum plating application, including adhesion properties of Uv-curable coatings to substrate and plating film, abrasion resistance, and anti-yellowing properties, etc, and the relevant solutions thereto have been reviewed. It is indicated that the inorganic-organic hybrid modification and dual-curing-system technology have unique systematic advantages and become the important approaches to the improvement of comprehensive properties of Uv-curing coatings for vacuum plating film.
