摘要: 将环氧树脂与丙烯酸酯类单体、有机硅接枝共聚,制得有机硅/ 环氧改性水性丙烯酸树脂。在采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对聚合物结构表征的基础上,采用动态光散射粒径仪(DLS)、热重分析仪(TGA)及原子力显微镜(AFM)对共聚物的水分散体及其涂膜进行了分析表征;同时考察了引发剂偶氮二异丁腈用量、环氧树脂加料方式及用量、有机硅用量等因素对乳液和涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:当引发剂用量为3%(占丙烯酸单体总质量,下同),环氧树脂(E-44)用量为4%,有机硅用量为3%时,合成的水性树脂乳液呈白色泛蓝光,具有良好的贮存稳定性,且涂膜的附着力、硬度、耐水性及耐热性等良好。

Abstract: A waterborne acrylic resin modified by organic silicon and epoxy resin was synthesized by graft copolymerization of epoxy resin(e-44)with acrylic monomers and organic silicon. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR ) was used to identify the structure of the grafted acrylic resin. Dynamic light scattering particle size instrument(DIS), thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA )and atomic force microscope(AFM)were also employed to characterize the waterborne copolymer emulsion and film thereof. The influence of the dosage of initiator(azodiisobutyronitrile), the dosage and loading method of epoxy resin and the dosage of organic silicon, ete. on the properties of emulsion and film thereof. The results showed that when the synthesized waterborne resin emulsion comprising the initiator 3%, epoxy resin(E-44)4%, organic silicon 3%(based on total weight of acrylic monomer)was white with blue hue and gave good storage stability, meanwhile, its cured film showed excellent adhesion,hardness. water resistance and heat resistance.
