摘要: 研制了高速列车用抗风沙弹性耐磨耐候防护面漆。通过测试涂层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、耐磨性、耐人工老化性等,研究了涂料用树脂、颜填料用量等配方设计要素对涂层性能的影响。结果表明,当以氟碳树脂与己内酯改性丙烯酸树脂的混合树脂作为成膜物质、颜料体积浓度为19%、改性纳米二氧化硅的添加量为6%时,涂层的断裂伸长率为134%、拉伸强度为5.7 MPa、耐磨性减薄量(500 g/1 000 r)为20 mg,同时涂层具有优异的耐候性。

Abstract: In this paper, the anti-sandstorm coating with good wearability, flexibility and elasticity was successfully developed for high-speed train. The effects of resins, fillers and for-mulation on the performance of the coating were investigated via analysis of adhesive strength,tensile strength, abrasion resistance and flexibility of the coating. The results showed that the coating with pigment volume concentration(PVC)19 o comprising mixed resins of fluorocar-bon resin and caprolactone-modified acrylic resin, and modified nano-silica 6% presented e-longation 134%, tensile strength 5.7 MPa, and abrasion loss 20 mg, besides, the coating showed excellent weatherability.
