摘要: 采用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对实验室自制的纳米钛黑进行表征,并作为在环氧树脂涂料中的添加剂与纳米TiO2进行了对比分析。用耐冲击性、柔韧性和附着力实验评价复合涂料的力学性能;采用10%的硫酸、10%的氢氧化钠溶液和天然海水长期浸泡,以及中性盐雾加速试验进行耐腐蚀性能评价。结果表明:钛黑主要成分为TiO和Ti2O3,其晶粒粒径均小于50 nm;与添加3%的纳米TiO2的涂料相比,添加2%的钛黑后,涂料的力学强度和防腐效果显著提高,显示出在涂料领域具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract: Titanium black nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope TEM, indicating that the nanoparticles mainly consisted of TiO and Ti2O3 with particle size <50 nm. Additionally, the nanoparticle was used as an additive in epoxy resin coatings. Thus, the mechanical and anticorrosive properties of nano-titanium black/epoxy composite coatings were compared with nano-TiO,/epoxy composite coatings via the mechanical property tests (e. g., impact resistance test, flexibility test and adhesion test) and the anticorrosive tests (e-g, long-time immersion test in 10wt% H2SO4, 10wt% NaOH and seawater, and salt spray test)respectively The results showed that an addition of 2wt% nano-titanium black could obtain a much better effect than an addition of 3wt% nano-TiO2,indicating a promising application of nano-titanium black in anticorrosive coatings.
