摘要:

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二聚酸聚酯多元醇(BY3022)、氢化端羟基聚丁二烯(氢化 HTPB)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等原料合成了稳定的水性聚氨酯(WPU),并用 FT-IR、SEM、DSC 等手段对其结构和性能进行了表征。 结果表明:随着氢化 HTPB 含量的增加,WPU 乳液的平均粒径逐渐增大,胶膜表面的光泽逐渐降低,拉伸强度先增大后减小,硬段玻璃化转变温度提高,耐水性和耐热性能提高;当氢化 HTPB 含量为 10%(占聚氨酯软段的质量分数,下同)时,胶膜拉伸强度最优,达到41MPa ,断裂伸长率达到600%;当氢化HTPB5含量为50%时,胶膜表面光泽最低,可达亚光效果。

Abstract: A series of stable waterbome polyurethane( WPU) based on isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), dimer acid polyester diol (BY3022), hydrogenated hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene(hydrogenated HTPB) and 2, 2-bis(hydroxyl-methyl)propionic acid(DMPA) were prepared. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM),differential scanning calorimetry( DSC)and some other measurements were used to characterize the structure and properties of the WPU. The results showed: with the increasing of hydrogenated HTPB, the average particle size of wPu dispersions, the surface gloss value, the glass transition temperature of hard segment, water resistance and thermal stability of films increased, and the tensile strength increased initially and the decreased. Thus, a WPU film comprising 10%( the mass fractien of polyurethane soft segment, the same below) hydrogenated HTPB gave the optimal tensile strength 41 MPa and elongation at break 600% A WPU film comprising 50% hydrogenated HTPB gave the minimum gloss value showing matt appearance.
