添加型纳米导静电涂料的应用及展望

摘要: 为总结不同纳米导电填料对导静电涂料性能的作用机理和影响规律,介绍了碳系导电填料、金属导电填料和金属氧化物导电填料的导静电机理。重点分析了不同类型导电填料的特点和导电填料纳米化对导静电涂料性能的影响,探讨了纳米抗静电涂料在油气储运设施的应用现状及其在生产、应用中存在的问题。总结了纳米添加型抗静电涂料未来的发展方向,指出提高纳米填料制备工艺、表面处理技术和纳米导静电涂料合成技术是添加型抗静电涂料未来的发展方向。

Abstract: In order to find out the effect of different conductor additives on the antistatic coatings property the conductive mechanisms of carbon-based conductive fillers, metal and metal oxide nano fillers were introduced. and their effects on the resultant antistatic coatings were discussed. The issues of current application status and the problems during producing and application of nano fillers reinforced antistatic coatings were analyzed. Base on the above analysis results, the development tendency of nano antistatic coatings were concluded, and it was indicated that the improvement of nano metal particles preparation process, surface treatment and composite coatings formulization would be the research focuses in the future.
