摘要: 紫外光(UV)固化涂料在应用中存在消光难、消光粉定向差、光泽不稳定以及容易发花等问题。为了解决这些问题,本研究就紫外光固化亚光涂料中消光粉、蜡粉以及各种涂料助剂对涂膜光泽的影响进行了分析和测试,最终通过选择合适的助剂以及消光剂来改善紫外光固化涂料的光泽稳定性、透明性和消光剂的定向排列性。为紫外光固化亚光涂料的配方设计和助剂筛选提出了较为清晰的解决思路。

Abstract: Some technical issues always happen in the UV curable coatings such as,gloss reduction property, matting agent orientation, gloss stability and floating problems etc. In order to solve these problems, different matting agents, waxes and additives are selected and tested in UV curable matte coating, thus, the gloss stability, transparency and matting agent orientation of the UV curable coating are improved via the selection of suitable additives and matting agents. This research might provide a clearer solution to the formula design and the additive selection for UV curable coating.
