溶剂对水性羟基丙烯酸分散体性能的影响

摘要: 实验以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、丙烯酸(AA)作为单体,采用丙二醇甲醚(PM)、乙二醇丁醚(BCS)、丙二醇丁醚(PB)、溶剂汽油S-100#这4种溶剂以及它们之间复配的混合溶剂作为合成溶剂,分别制备了羟基丙烯酸水分散体。讨论了溶剂对水分散体外观、贮存稳定性、粒径、相对分子质量、涂层性能等的影响。研究结果表明:采用亲水性和亲油性溶剂复配来制备羟基丙烯酸水分散体,所得树脂的综合性能最优。

Abstract: Waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersions are prepared from methyl methacrylate (MMA), styrene ( St), butyl acrylate( BA), hydroxyethyl methylacrylate( HEMA), arcylic acid (AA), propylene glycol monomethyl ether(PM), ethylene glycol butyl ether ( BSC), propylene glycol butyl ether(PB), S-100# The influence of different solvent on dispersion appearance, storage stability, particle size, molecular weight, coating properties is discussed.The results show that the optimal comprehensive properties of the dispersion can be obtained by means of synergy of hydrophilic and lipophilic solvents.
