聚碳酸酯用高性能无底涂有机硅耐磨加硬涂料的制备

Preparation of High Performance Primer-Free Silicone Hard Coating for Polycarbonate Substrate

摘要: 以端羟基聚酯、端羧基聚酯混合物为附着力促进剂,以γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅氧烷(CTMS)改性聚硅氧烷为原料制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)用高性能无底涂耐磨加硬涂料。利用正交实验确定了影响涂层性能,尤其是影响涂层耐湿热性能的关键因素。结果表明:端羧基聚酯的平均相对分子质量是影响涂层性能的首要因素,其次是硅树脂合成中CTMS的用量。通过配方的再优化,确定了耐磨加硬涂料的组成。由该配方制得的PC用加硬涂层硬度为2H,耐磨擦性能极佳,透明度好,可见光区透光率高达90%,附着力0级;耐湿热性能极佳,在80℃去离子水中放置10 h后,涂层的附着力依然保持很好。最后,对附着力促进机理进行了探讨。

Abstract: High performance primer-less hard coating materials used in the protection of olvearbonate substrates were prepared by using a mixture of hydroxyl-terminated polyester and carboxyl-terminated polyester as adhesion promoter, and y-chloropropyI trimethoxysilane (CTMS) modified polysiloxane as binder. The significant influential factors on the properties especially the humid -heat resistance of hard coating were determined by orthogonal experiment. It was found that average molecular weight of carboxyl-terminated polyester was the primal factor affecting the properties of hard coating, followed by the amount of CTMS used in the preparation of polysiloxane as the second factor. The optimal formulation which showed extraordinary performance was obtained through further experiments. The coating cured for hunder the temperature of 120 ℃ showed hardness 2H, excellent abrasion resistance,visible light transmittance 90%, adhesion 0 and remarkable humid-heat resistance. Furthermore, the coating still showed good adhesion after immersed in deionized water(80 ℃)for 10 h. Finally, the acting mechanism of adhesion promoter was also discussed.
