高性能氟碳涂料的制备及其综合性能研究

Preparation and Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of High Performance Fluorocarbon Coating

摘要: 以含氟乙烯/乙烯基单体共聚氟树脂(FEVE)为基料,TiO2/Al2O3复合颗粒为主要耐磨增硬填料,协同聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),制备了高性能氟碳涂料,并对涂层综合性能进行了测试。结果表明:当体系的颜料体积浓度(PVC)为30%,TiO2/Al2O3复合颗粒含量为14%,PTFE含量为6%时,涂层的硬度和耐磨性达到最佳,且具有良好的疏水性和耐候保光性,同时常规理化性能优异。

Abstract: A high performance fluorocarbon coating was prepared from fluorinated ethylene/ vinyl monomer copolymerized fluorocarbon resin as the base material, and TiO2/Al2O3 composite particle and PTFE powder as the main wear resistant and high hardness filler. Comprehensive performance of the coating was tested respectively. The results showed that when the PVC was 30%.TiO2/Al2O3 composite particle and PTFE content were 14% and 6%, the coating had not only the best hardness and wear resistance, but also high hydrophobicity and good gloss retention, meanwhile gave good comprehensive physical and chemical properties.
