摘要: 使用不饱和脂肪酸、多元醇、多元酸酐合成醇酸树脂,再使用有机硅单体对醇酸树脂进行改性,得到高性能有机硅改性水性醇酸树脂。 实验证明,油度 55%、醇超量 1.07、5.5%二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作为亲水单体合成所得的醇酸树脂,再使用 25%的甲基三乙氧基硅烷改性,所得的产品既保持了醇酸树脂的自干性、光泽等优异性能,又具有有机硅树脂优良的耐水性,产品稳定性好,无毒无害,符合环保要求。

Abstract: This article discusses a method of synthesizing a kind of high performance silicone modified waterborne alkyd resin based on unsaturated oil, polyalcohol, polybasic acid and silicone monomer. Experimental results indicate that the alkyd resin based on dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)5.5% as hydrophilic monomer modified by methyl triethoxysilane 25%,wherein, the alkyd resin gives oil length 55%o and excess of hydroxyl 1. 07, show improved performance. Specifically the modified alkyd resin exhibits good self-curing property and excellent gloss as shown by traditional alkyd resin, and good water resistance, stability, nontoxicity and environmental friendly performance as shown by silicone resin.
