摘要： 描述了某条生产线电泳涂膜缩孔问题,找出造成电泳涂膜缩孔的主要原因,指出了在涂装车间调试阶段生产现场管理的规范性措施。

Abstract: In this paper, the film deficit (e.g,shrinkage cavity )of ED coatings at a production line is analyzed, and the solutions thereto are described. The reason of the film deficit is that the type of high temperature lubricating oil is selected improperly for drying chain of drying box at production line. A standardized on-site management operating system is given to debugging stage in painting workshop.
