摘要: 利用锥形量热仪(CONE)实验获得的生烟速率(SPR)、生烟总量(TSP)以及CO生成速率(Pco)等参数,对抑烟填料硼酸锌(ZB)、阻燃抑烟剂(LEE)以及可膨胀石墨(EG)复配防火涂料的烟毒释放进行了对比研究。结果表明:抑烟填料硼酸锌(ZB)、阻燃抑烟剂(LEE)的加入明显降低了材料燃烧时的烟毒释放;物理膨胀填料EG与ZB、LEE体系复配能达到更好的阻燃抑烟协效作用,使烟毒参数进一步降低。

Abstract: The effect of smoke suppressants zincborate(ZB), LEE and expandable graphite(EG) on the release of smoke and toxic gases of the fire- retardant coating in terms of the SPR, TSP and Pco was studied by use of conical calorimeter. Results showed that both the smoke suppressants filler ZB and LEE can reduce the release of the smoke and toxic gases obviously, and physical expansion filler EG combined with ZB and LEE can provide a synergistic effect, which lead a further reduction on smoke foxicity.
