摘要: 通过不同的有机表面处理剂对钛白粉进行有机包覆,并以其制备溶剂型涂料。 采用高速分散和混合振荡法,考察了丙烯酸树脂体系中钛白粉的分散性、分散稳定性以及遮盖力等应用指标。对比实验表明,不同的有机表面处理剂对钛白粉在丙烯酸树脂体系中性能有较大影响,其中经过有机处理后的 R2 钛白粉在此体系中性能较好,能够达到国外同类产品的应用性能指标。

Abstract: Solvent-based coatings are prepared by using titanium dioxide coated with different organic surface treatment agent. Two methods including high-speed dispersion and vibratingmix are used to investigate dispersibili, dispersion stability and covering power of titanium dioxide in acrylic coatings. The results show that different organic surface treatment agent has an obvious effect on properties of titanium dioxide in acrylic resin system, and specifically the rutile titanium dioxide R2 coated with organic surface treatment agent has preferable properties, allowing acrylic coatings to give similar performance as compared to foreign product of its kind.
