亚麻油-亚油酸改性原子灰用不饱和聚酯的制备与性能研究

摘要: 首先用亚麻油为改性剂,合成不饱和聚酯树脂,制备原子灰并测试其性能。通过改变亚麻油的用量,考察了亚麻油用量对原子灰表干时间、耐冲击性、柔韧性等性能的影响,确定亚麻油的最适宜用量为占树脂总质量的27%(质量分数)左右。随后,引入亚油酸取代部分亚麻油,进行树脂合成和原子灰制备与性能测试。结果表明,当亚油酸与亚麻油质量比为1∶1时,原子灰的综合性能有较大提高。

Abstract: First, linseed oil was chosen as the modifier to synthesize an unsaturated polyester resin, which was then formulated into a putty and its performance was tested. The influence of linseed oil dosage on the dry time, impact resistance, flexibility and other properties of the putty was studied by changing the content of linseed oil, and it was found that the optimum amount of linseed oil as raw material was about 27% of the total mass. Linoleic acid was introduced to replace part of linseed oil to improve the performance of the resin used in putty.The results showed that when the mass ratio of linoleic acid and linseed oil was about 1:1, the comprehensive performance of the putty was improved significantly.
