摘要： 介绍了涂料用双环戊二烯型不饱和聚酯树脂的合成工艺以及原材的选择对树脂性能的影响，同时对合成 的树脂进行了调漆测试。实验结果表明，双环戊二烯(DCPD)和顺丁烯二酸在 120~140°C加成副反应较少，合成的树 脂具有优良的气干性;用二甘醇(DEG)作为柔性链段可以改善漆膜的柔韧性，得到的树脂可满足涂料用不饱和聚酯树 脂的要求。

Abstract: This paper introduced the synthetic proces of dicyclopentadiene(DCPD) unsaturated polyes- ter resin used in coatings，and the influence of raw materials on properties of resin was described.The re-sults indicated that the optimum reaction temperature of maleic acid and DCPD was 120 to 140°C ，and the resin showed good air-drying property.The use of DEG can improve the flexility of the coatings.The resin was proved suitable for coatings.
