摘要: 采用酯交换法制备桐油基二元醇,并以其为功能性扩链剂与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚酯二元醇(PEG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇等原料制备了一系列桐油改性的水性聚氨酯乳液。分别研究了不同含量的桐油二元醇、PEG、DMPA对乳液及其涂膜的性能影响。结果表明:桐油基二元醇含量的增加会引起涂膜拉伸强度增加,断裂伸长率降低;随着PEG含量的增加,涂膜的硬度与强度降低,微相分离程度减弱,断裂伸长率增加;DMPA含量的增加使乳液的稳定性增加,颜色更加透明,粒径变小,但耐水性降低。当桐油基二元醇用量为6%(以原料的总质量计,下同)、PEG用量为59%、DMPA为7%时,水性聚氨酯乳液具有良好的外观、贮存稳定性,且涂膜的耐水性及机械性能优异。

Abstract: A tung oil-based diol was prepared via interesterification, and used as a functional chain extender to react with 2, 4-tolylene diisocyanate(TDI), polyethylene glycol( PEG),dimethylol propinic acid (DMPA), 1, 4-butanedi as main materials to form a series of WPU emulsion. The effect of different content of tung oil-based diol, PEG and DMPA on properties of emulsion and its film was studied. The results showed that the increase of tung oil-based diol content could lead to the increase of film tensile strength and to the decrease of elongation at break. The increase of PEG content could lead to the decrease of film hardness and strength as well as micro phase separation degree and to the increase of elongation at break. The increase of DMPA content could lead to the improvement of storage stability, transparence and fine particle size and to the decease of water resistance Thus, a WPU emulsion comprising tung oil-based diol 6%, PEG 59% and DMPA 7% showed good appearance and storage stability, and its film had excellent water resistance and mechanical property.
