摘要: 利用流体力学仿真软件FLUENT,建立汽车涂装线对流加热烘干室典型截面的数学模型,对数学模型进行流体力学的二维静态仿真分析,比较各截面的优缺点,为烘房选择截面提供参考依据。阐述了流体仿真在烘房设计过程中的重要性,根据仿真结果总结各截面的优缺点,对其缺点的解决方法进行技术探讨,为烘干室的设计提供基础指导。

Abstract: In this paper, a mathematical model for typical cross section of convective heating oven in automotive painting line was established with CFD software FLUENT. The two-dimension static simulation with hydrodynamic method was analyzed for the mathematical model.The advantages and disadvantages of different cross sections were compared to provide the theoretical basis for oven cross section selection. The importance of application of CFD simulation in oven design was presented. The simulation results were summarized according to the comparisons. The solutions to improve the disadvantage were discussed. The results could provide theoretical guidance for oven design.
