摘要: 根据轨道客车现有防腐涂装体系的现状和VOC排放的情况,预测未来几年轨道客车的需求量及其对涂料的使用量,从而预计出VOC排放量,通过对比水性涂料体系和高固体分涂料体系与现有涂装体系的VOC排放量,提出了降低VOC排放量的思路,为轨道客车防腐涂装降低VOC排放应选择何种涂料配套体系提供了参考。

Abstract: According to the current anti-corrosive coating system and VOC emission in railway vehicles, the estimated VOC emission by evaluating the quantity demand of railway vehicles in the years to come and the correspond usage of paints as well as companng voc emission of water-based paint system and high solid paint system with VOC emission of current coating system, this paper proposes the idea of reducing VOC emission and provides a reference for selecting which kind of coating system to reduce VOC emission in the anti-corrosive coating of railway vehicle.
