摘要: 介绍硅烷预处理反应机理,对预处理液中的主要影响因素通过正交实验进行研究,找出最佳工艺参数。预处理后喷涂丙烯酸粉末涂层,通过附着力、乙酸铜盐雾试验和 FILIFORM试验检查涂层性能。结果表明:预处理液中硅烷浓度 8g/L,添加剂浓度 1.0g/L,pH=2.0,反应时间 2min为最优条件,硅烷预处理能显著提高铝合金表面丙烯酸粉末涂层的附着力和耐腐蚀性。

Abstract: The reaction mechanism of silane pretreatment was introduced. The main influencing factors were discussed by orthogonal test to find the optimum process parameters. An acrylic powder coating was coated on Al ally after pretreatment, and the coating performance was examined by adhesion. CASS and FILIFORM test. The result showed that the optimum parame pretreatment solution were as following: silane concentration 8 g/L,, additive concentration 1.0 g/L, pH 2. 0 and processing time 2 min. The silane pretreatment can improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of acrylic powder coating on aluminum alloy significantly.
