光固化环氧丙烯酸酯有机无机杂化耐刮擦涂料的研究

Study on UV-Cured Epoxy Acrylate Resin Based Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Scratch Resistant Coatings

摘要: 以硅溶胶为无机相,环氧丙烯酸酯为有机相,γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为有机和无机相间偶联剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了光固化环氧丙烯酸酯有机无机杂化耐刮擦涂料。利用FT-IR,SEM,和TGA等方法表征杂化涂料,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明硅溶胶的加入可以显著提高涂料的耐刮擦性,涂膜光固化后热处理4 h,可以使涂膜耐刮擦质量达到最大值(400 g)。

Abstract: UV-curable hybrid scratch resistant coating was prepared by the sol-gel method, using Y-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570) as a coupling agent between the orgnic phases( epoxy acrylate resin )and inorganic phases(silica sol). The FT-IR. SEM and TGA analysis were used for the characterization of the hybrid coatings. It was found that the scratch resistance properties of the hybrid coatings was significantly improved by incorporating silica sol into the coatings and after heat treatment of the UV coating film for 4 hrs, the scratch resistance could be up to a max. value of 400.
