UV固化有机硅杂化涂膜性能分析

The Properties of UV-Curable Organic Silicone Hybrid Coating

摘要: 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、二乙氧基二甲基硅烷(DDS)和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了可紫外光(UV)固化的有机硅杂化涂料。探讨了有机硅的组成和用量以及盐酸、乙醇和水的用量对UV固化有机硅杂化涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:在高度交联的SiO2网络结构中引入线性Si—O—Si链段,且杂化涂料中的有机与无机网络间以共价键的方式结合,使得涂膜既有高硬度又有良好的柔韧性;当TEOS、MPTMS和DDS的物质的量比为3∶1∶2时,涂膜的性能最佳,透光率为94.8%,摆杆硬度为0.72,附着力为0级,柔韧性为4 mm,耐冲击性为35 cm。

Abstract: UV-curable organic silicone hybrid coating was prepared by sol-gel process And dimethyl diethyloxl silane DDS with tetraethylorthosilicate TEOS methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane(MPTMS) as raw materials. The effects of composition and amount of silicone, HCl, ethanol and water on the properties of hybrid coating were studied. It was found that the hybrid film could provide high ngidity and good flexibility because of the linear Si-O-Si segmers in high-density crosslinked SiO2 network. The inorganic network and organic network was joined by covalent bonds. When the mole ratio of TEOS, MPTMS and DDS was 3: 1: 2, the hybrid films showed optimal properties with transmittance of 94. 8%,pendulum hardness 0. 72, adhesion grade 0, flexibility 4 mm and impact strengt 43 cm.
