摘要: 采用酚醛树脂、片状铝粉、铬黄、聚四氟乙烯等原料制备了一种专门针对钛合金紧固件用铝涂料,对涂膜厚度、耐腐蚀性能、干涉压入性能等进行了测试。结果表明:涂膜表面平整、光洁、呈金黄色,厚度均一,9~10μm,乙酸盐雾 14d或周期浸泡1 000 h后无明显腐蚀,干涉压入试验中涂层对紧固件保护性良好,未发生剥落及掉漆现象。采用空气喷涂,施工工艺简便易行,能够满足新一代飞机对钛合金紧固件不断发展的要求,已在国内某型飞机钛合金紧固件上应用,使用情况良好。

Abstract: An Al-based coatings for titanium alloy fasteners was prepared by phenolic resin, Al flake. chrome yellow and PTFE. The film thickness, anti-corrosion properties interference property and some other properties of the coating were tested. The results showed that the film surface was even and smooth with a golden color. It can stand to acetic acid salt spray(ASS)test for 14 d or alternate immersion tests for 1 000 h without obvious corrosion with only 9-10μm film thicknes. The push -in test indicated that the fasteners were well protected by the coating. It can be easily painted on substances by air spray and meets the requirements of new generation of airplanes. The fasteners which were painted with Al coating has already been used on a certain type of air plane with good performance.
