涂料中 16种多环芳烃的气相色谱 -质谱法研究

Determination of 16 Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Coatings by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometr

摘要: 对涂料中 16种多环芳烃含量检测的前处理方法做了系统的优化。在优化条件下采用气相色谱 -质谱并运用内标法,建立了涂料中多环芳烃物质的定性定量分析方法。该方法的线性相关系数均大于 0.9,显示出较好的线性关系,检出限在 0.01~0.02mg/kg之间。方法回收率为 7.87% ~16.84%,精密度(n=7)为 2.36% ~8.63%。对各种类型的市售涂料进行实际样品的检测,结果令人满意。

Abstract: The pretreatment of coatings for determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHS) were studied and optimized. Under the optimum condition, the intemal standard method was applied and a comprehensive qualit at ive and quantitative analytical method based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS )has been developed for the determination of PAHS in coatings. The linear correlation coefficients were all higher than 0.999 and the deection limits was 0.001~0.02 m/kg. The recoveries of this method range between 77.87% and 116.84%, and the precisions(n=7 )was between 2. 36% and 8.63%. Some commercially available coatings were tested with satisfactory results.
