摘要: 介绍了热裂解气相色谱-质谱(Py-GCMS)、核磁共振谱(NMR)在未知结构的涂料乳化剂配方剖析中的应用。其中,核磁共振包含多种方法,分别是氢谱(1H NMR)、碳谱(13C NMR)、二维核磁共振谱(2D NMR)、扩散排序技术(DOSY NMR)以及定量核磁共振(QNMR)。通过以上方法的联用,对未知乳化剂各成分进行了定性和定量分析,得到了配方中主体成分和溶剂的种类及含量,为未知混合物配方的剖析提供了一种新思路。

Abstract: This study introduces the synergic application of pyrolysis-gas chromatography (Py-GCMS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)spectrum in the structural and quantitative defor-mulation analysis of two unknown coatings emulsifier samples. Multiple NMR methods includingHNMR, C NMR and 2D NMR, diffusion ordered NMR(DOSY) and quantitative NMR(QN-MR) are used for analysis. Through the combination of the above methods, the composition and content of all main components and solvents of coatings emulsifier are qualified and quantified.This method can provide a new way for deformulation analysis of coatings formulation.
