丙烯酸酯共聚乳液调湿涂料的制备与性能研究

摘要: 以自制的聚丙烯酸树脂为吸水剂,采用色浆法制备丙烯酸酯共聚乳液调湿涂料,通过考察颜基比、吸水树脂用量、基材类型对涂膜亲水性、耐水性、附着力等性能的影响,确定了最佳制备工艺条件。探讨了颜基比、吸水树脂用量以及涂膜交联温度对调湿性能的影响,结果表明:当颜基比为 1∶1~1.5∶1,聚丙烯酸树脂用量在 2% ~5%(质量分数)时,涂膜的综合性能较好,在高温下烘干,可以加速涂膜的干燥,但涂膜的最大吸湿量有所下降。该调湿涂料可应用于内墙的装饰。

Abstract: The title acrylic copolymer emulsion humidity controlling paint was prepared by colorant method using the homemade polyacrylic resin as super absorbent polymer( SAP). This article has discussed the influence of pigment/binder ratio, SAP dosage, and substrate types on the paint film properties, such as hydrophilicity, water resistance, adhesion to finalize the optimum preparation conditions. The factors affecting the performance of the humidity controlling, such as P/B ratio, SAP dosage and crosslinking temperatures were discussed. The results showed that when P/R ratio was 1: 1~1.5:1, SAP dosage was 2%~5%(m/m), the film showed the best comprehensive performance. Drying under high temperature, could accelerate he film dry, but the film's highest moisture absorption quantity decreased. This humidity controlling paint could be used as indoor decoratine paint.
