摘要: 以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等为原料,制备了一种具有可剥离效果的聚丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶。主要考察了聚合物的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)、复合乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠/烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(SDS/OP-10)及交联剂乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM)对压敏胶综合性能及可剥离性能的影响。实验结果表明,在设计T_g=-25℃,乳化剂用量为2.5%(以单体总质量计,下同),AAEM用量为1%时,所制备的压敏胶在不同基材上粘结强度适中,可达到多次剥离无残胶、耐老化性好的效果。

Abstract: A peelable polyacrylate pressure sensitive adhesive has been prepared from butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate as raw materials. The influence of T, of polymer and the dosage of composite emulsifier (SDS/ OP-10)and crosslinking agent acetyl acetyl ethyl meth-acrylate(AAEM) on the comprehensive performance and peelable property of the prepared pressure sensitive adhesive has been investigated. he experimental results show that when the T, is-25℃, the dosage of emulsifier is 2. 5wt% of the total weight of monomers, the dosage of AAEM for Iwt% of the total weight of monomers the prepared pressure sensitive adhesive exhibits a moderate adhesive strength on different substrate and good anti-ageing performance and can be peeled repeatedly without residue adhesive.
