摘要: 以环氧树脂E-44、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)为功能单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、叔碳酸乙烯酯(VV-10)等为主要单体,在丙二醇醚和丁醇的混合溶剂中采用半连续溶液聚合工艺,通过后期加水分散制备了水溶性的改性羟基丙烯酸树脂。结果表明:E-44用量为混合单体用量的6%、A-171用量为混合单体用量的3%、VV-10用量为混合单体用量的15%、巯基乙醇(ME)用量为混合单体用量的2%、引发剂用量为混合单体用量的1.2%时,可以得到性能优异的水溶性羟基丙烯酸树脂,用其所配制的水性烘烤涂料满足高档玻璃漆的要求。

Abstract: A waterbome acrylic resin was prepared with epoxy(E-44)and Triethoxyvinyl-silane(A-171) as functional monomers and methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), styrene(St), N-methylol acrylamide (N-MAM) and acrylic acid(AA), hydroxy-ethyl methacrylate (HEMA), and Veova(VV-10)as main monomers by a semi-continuous solution polymerization in mixed solvent of propylene glycol ethers solution and butanol which was dispersed in water. The results showed that when the mass fraction of epoxy, A-171, VV-10 and ME, initiator were 3%, 2%, 15%, 2% and 1. 5% respectivel of the total monomers, the obtained, waterborne acrylic resin showed excellent performance which complied to the requirements of glass baking paint.
